A week comes around and no call or updates so I call myself and am told my car is ready. Next day comes I finally get a message telling me my car will be done in a week.
So I decide to just show up I get there and they tell me they have no idea what is going on with my car “there are no notes in the system from the tech” so they tell me there is nothing they can do for me.

Which I understand but couldn’t you have passed the word down to someone else to at least call me and tell me that? I finally get a call from someone later that day telling me what going on with my car and they tell me they will call me later with an update 2 days go by and still no call. So I call and am told my service advisor had to leave on an emergency. When I initially dropped my car off to get serviced at 9am I was told I would get a call by the end of the day with an update. My service advisor changed 3 different times. There communication with customers needs a lot of work. Repairs were done which equates to the 2 stars but the lack of care makes me question if I ever return my vehicle to this location and also if I ever buy a Ford ever again. It took 10 minutes for them to find my paperwork and they sent me to find my car in the parking lot "either this side, that side, or along the front" - 10 minutes later I found my car roasting in the 110* heat along the far fenceline of the service area, almost like it had been sitting there for several hours. It was fantastic that my vehicle was washed, waiting for me at the Service Entrance and the paperwork was ready for my arrival.wait, none of that happened. Called the Service Dept at 320pm and was told it "should be ready in 30 minutes, paperwork and all" so we showed up at 415 pm. He noted "latest will be end of business Tuesday" yet Tuesday afternoon arrived with no call. Received no call from my rep until after I called late in the afternoon. Will not be returning to this dealership. 35 minute wait for the quote, and was then told the work " would take two hours" so it "would take all day" This rep new I was planning on waiting, was not prepared when I came, and could have cared less. Come for the appointment to have the work done, a quote wasn't ready, even though it was clear at the previous time what would be needed. Asked if I could make the appointment farther out as I wanted to wait while the work was done. Tried to make an appointment for a week and was told "you will have to leave the car for the day" because we are so busy ". Found out what part needed to be ordered and was told it would be in in a few days so to schedule for a week out. Came in with a broken 4x4 knob and a 4x4 warning light. Covid right? Tired of that excuse to do things poorly. But the last few times, service has been slipping. I've been coming to this dealership for many years.
